EXCHANGE/RETURN
Due to sanitary reasons and COVID-19, we do not offer exchanges nor returns/refunds. All sales are final. If you are not happy with your purchase please feel free to contact us at kaycynbeauty@outlook.com and we will try our best to accommodate.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please contact us at kaycynbeauty@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you have entered the wrong address, added the wrong items, or entered the wrong payment. We will cancel your order and payment will be returned if contacted within 24 hours.
Once 24 hours has passed or if products have been shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel your order.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
KayCyn Beauty is not responsible for lost/stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages that have not been delivered. On the rare occasion your package is lost or missing, we recommend for you to contact your local USPS and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you via email.
