SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY
- Please allow 2-3 business days to process orders
- All orders are processed Monday-Friday (we do not process orders placed on the weekends and/or holidays)
- Any orders placed on Fridays after 3 pm EST will be processed the following Monday
- All orders are shipped via USPS and/or UPS and take approximately 2-5 business days
- Once orders are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please contact us at kaycynbeauty@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you have entered the wrong address, added the wrong items, or entered the wrong payment. We will cancel your order and payment will be returned if contacted within 24 hours.
Once 24 hours has passed or if products have been shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel your order.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
KayCyn Beauty is not responsible for lost/stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages that have not been delivered. On the rare occasion your package is lost or missing, we recommend for you to contact your local USPS and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you via email.
